Environmental Management Systems

As a digital-first business with no manufacturing or physical goods, our environmental footprint is relatively small. However, we are committed to and conscious of minimising our impact and have internal practices in place to manage and reduce it.

Paperless operations

All documentation, contracts, invoicing and project management are handled digitally through cloud-based platforms (HubSpot, Xero, Google Workspace). We do not rely on printing or physical storage.

Remote and flexible work

Our team works remotely, reducing the need for daily commuting and associated emissions. Meetings are conducted online wherever possible.

Energy efficiency

We use modern, energy-efficient devices and encourage staff to power down equipment when not in use. Our software and data storage providers are selected with consideration for their sustainability commitments (for example, our Google Cloud infrastructure).

Waste minimisation

We don't produce physical products or waste. We recycle office waste responsibly and minimise single-use materials in our limited office activities.
